Learn more about our Reformer Classes:

  • Difficulty: Beginner

This class is designed for those who are brand new to Pilates, for those who are wanting to focus on simply the basics. Beginners is all about teaching the fundamentals of Reformer Pilates. Connecting with your core and gently moving your body in a safe and controlled way. All under the watchful eye of a Physiotherapist who can modify for your needs. Perfect for those returning from injury, illness or inactivity.

No previous Pilates experience is required to book these classes.

1:1 Pilates sessions are also available for those who would prefer more individualised sessions. Please inquire if you would like to make a booking for some clinical Pilates with our Physios.

  • Difficulty:

    Beginners- Intermediate

For those that want to progress from Beginners Reformer, this class is for you! These classes are all about restoring your strength on the reformer through a combination of strength, core control & mobility exercises.

If you are wanting to feel more aligned & connected with your body, free from postural pains and lengthened from head to toe then this is the class for you. It is a great adjunct to an injury/rehab programme.

It is preferred that clients attending this Class have some previous Reformer experience.

  • Difficulty: Intermediate

This is our most challenging class. Performance Reformer is a great option for those wanting to further refine their technique, grow their skills and confidence on the reformer.

These Classes are for athletes, sportspeople or a step up from our Restore Reformer. Feel more challenged, feel stronger, feel in control while being put through some more higher intensity, intermediate reformer exercises.

  • We also have RESTORE 60+ classes, better tailored to the ageing bodies needs. While still getting the goodness out of a more restorative reformer flow> we include specific exercises to help gently stretch & reduce load on sore joints. These classes still have a strengthening component- great for those wanting to put on more muscle & build bone density.
