PHYSIO PILATES NEW PLYMOUTH TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Physio Pilates New Plymouth is a safe, supportive Physiotherapy & Reformer Pilates Space. We will not tolerate any kind of discrimination or behaviour that creates a hostile and unpleasant environment for staff or members.
We endeavour to deliver all our classes on time and as advertised, however classes are subject to change or cancellation without notice. Teachers are also subject to change without notice.
Out of consideration for the teacher and other clients we ask that you arrive at least 5 minutes before class.
Please ensure you are fit and well to attend your booked session. We have the right to ask you to leave if you appear unwell and risk potential infection to our staff and clients. Please contact us via email at your earliest convenience if you are not fit to attend. Please see our Cancellation Policy below.
If a class you would like to attend is fully booked, please sign up for the waiting list. Should a place become available then you will be added automatically before the scheduled class and contacted via email. If you are on the waitlist, we will do our best to give you as much warning that they class is now available and that you have been booked in. Please monitor your waitlist the same way you manage your bookings.
A minimum of two people is required for a class to proceed. You will be contacted via app notification, text, phone or email should a class be cancelled and your session will be credited back to your account.
Sessions are not transferable to another individual and cannot be used by another person. If someone other than the person booked into the class arrives to use the session, they will be asked to create an account and purchase their own sessions.
Bookings are to be made via our website or Physio Pilates NP app.
To book into a class you must either have credit in your account. All payments are to be made through our booking app prior to your class. Class payment must be made upon booking.
Physio Pilates is not responsible for the safekeeping of your belongings.
Physio Pilates has the right to refuse entry at any time. Owners and/or teachers reserve the right to direct clients to a particular class type for safety reasons; and owners and/or teachers reserve the right to turn clients away for any reason they deem necessary.
It is your sole responsibility to check with your doctor or medical practitioner about your suitability for our classes and to obtain his/her written consent where necessary. While we take every care to ensure safe practices, there are inherent risks in any exercise program and we accept no liability whatsoever for any injury or illness you incur through our classes or by your failure to notify us of any existing health problems or special needs.
If you are aged 16 or under, please get your parent or guardian’s permission before you make a booking. You are not allowed to provide us with any personal information (for example, your email address, and payment details) or to make a booking without such consent.
Please inform your teacher(s) about any change in my medical condition as soon as you become aware of it.
All care but no responsibility will be taken, and clients exercise at their own risk. Physio Pilates New Plymouth is in no way liable for any injury, loss of property or death resulting from attending our studio/clinic.
By booking into a class, you automatically agree to the above terms & conditions.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Class cancellations are the responsibility of the person booking the class and can be made via the Physio Pilates App or website.
Class cancellations can be made up to 12 HOURS prior to your class start time without penalty. Clients using a Casual, or Class Pack who pre-book a class but fail to attend or cancel the booking less than 12 hours prior to the class start time will forfeit their class payment.
PRICING
All prices are quoted in New Zealand Dollars ($NZD) and all transactions are processed in New Zealand Dollars ($NZD).
Prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to amend prices and printing errors.
Prices may increase from time to time to reflect increases in cost and benefits.
All purchases are final. We do not have to offer refunds, transfers, suspensions or extensions on services, courses or products for change of mind, change of address or any other reason. We will consider extensions on Class Packs & Memberships upon sudden injury or illness with a medical certificate.
All concessions are non-transferable.
Physio Pilates reserves the right to bill the client the cost of any additional bank fees which may incur from disputed or failed transactions regarding a clients account.
Declined Payments – A penalty fee may be incurred for declined payments through the booking system. This fee is set by Class Fit's payment provider, Stripe. We do not receive any funds from penalty fees received by Stripe. Any queries or disputes by clients regarding declined payment penalty fees need to be directed to Stripe.
CLASS PACKAGES
Class Packages expiry dates are listed on the app and website (This period starts at the date of purchase)
Concession extensions are only available upon sudden illness or injury, in which case we will request a medical certificate. Extensions due to medical reasons must be requested before the expiry date. Session are non-transferable and non-refundable.
Class Packages cannot be shared. Any non-cancellations, no show or absence will result in forfeiting that visit. If you do not attend a booked session or cancel within 12 hours of class start time, you will be charged for the class.
MEMBERSHIPS
This is a reoccuring monthly membership with us. You will select either 5 or 10 classes per month. Your Credit or Debit card is debited monthly before your first class. If you are on a Membership Contract for multiple classes per week, your weekly Membership fee will be debited from your Credit or Debit card before your first class of each month.
Regular class/classes must be booked ongoing. Make-up classes are available for the month if a booking is cancelled with 24 hours notice. We can not guarantee availability of suitable class times. 12 hour Cancellation Policy applies.
Membership Suspensions: Available for breaks of greater than 1 weeks with reasonable notice by email.
Termination of Membership: Once signed up to your reoccuring month membership then this can be cancelled at any time via email. You will have the remainder of that month to use your allocated Classes and your membership will be terminated upon your next billing cycle.
No refunds are available.

GIFT CARDS
Gift Cards can be used to for classes only
Gift Cards are not redeemable for cash and are not transferable
Physio Pilates does not offer refunds, transfers, suspensions or extensions on Gift Cards for change of mind, injury, illness, change of address or any other reason. All purchases are final.
We accept no responsibility if a card is lost, stolen, or destroyed.
Gift Cards may be purchased online or in the studio.
