Meet Rebecca

She is an energetic, enthusiastic new Mumma who has honed her skills with us as a Reformer instructor.

Born in Sweden, Rebecca practiced and taught competitive gymnastics for many years. Middle distance running was also a passion of hers.

In 2011 she moved to Auckland to train as a pastry chef. The long, hard workdays made it important for her to look after herself. Rebecca’s interest in health and wellbeing grew, focusing on yoga and nutrition and completing a diploma in health science in 2021.

After having her first baby, health became even more important. Coming across and falling in love with Pilates in her post-natal recovery, Rebecca spent some long hours practicing & studying Reformer under the Australian Physiotherapy and Pilates Institute (APPI).

Rebecca’s  wish is for everyone to lead a happy, healthy life, free from pain. Having the energy to enjoy the activities they like and to spend time with the people they love. She strongly believes Pilates is a great exercise that will take you where you like to go, in a gentle and safe way.

Meet Ashleigh

ASH IS CURRENTLY ON MATERNITY LEAVE

She has been a Personal Trainer at Rampage Fitness for over 7 years and not a day of it has felt like “work”. Exercise has always been a big passion of mine, not only does she thrive on the endorphin boost after a great session but also the mental clarity that is gained through movement.

In 2017 she completed her Stott Pilates Intensive Mat course and have been instructing since then. She has also completed her reformer training through Reform Fitness. She has always enjoyed the thoughtful process of Pilates & the importance of the connection between the mind and the body. Pilates is incredible for injury prevention, increased mobility & building strength in a low impact way - it really is for everyone and this is something that really drew me in.

As a busy Mum of two little ones exercise is her outlet to get out of her busy mind and into my body. She believes movement truly is medicine and is passionate in helping others improve their overall health and well-being in a fun supportive environment.

In her spare time she enjoy running, spending quality time with my family walking the dogs and coffee dates with friends.
